 I read a recent study that said parents have 32 minutes on average to themselves each day.  That's barely enough time to make a dent in all those shows piling up in the DVR.  P

 

 

 

 tackle a chore or something around the house thats been bothering you--clean out the fridge, fold that last bit of laundry

 It can be hard keeping it all together sometimes and maybe you just feel like hiding under that cozy blanket and crying.  Even if theres nothing to be sad for.  Every mom needs a good cry now and again. 

    

   

  

  

 get off the couch, grab the baby and stroller and get outside to enjoy some fresh air and sneak in some exercise.

 Not only does this feel amazing, it has benefits such as soaking up essential vitamin D.

 It's TRUE, laughter is the best medicine.  Im sure you have a little one close by willing to offer up some laughs
